What do you guys actually do?

We're an on-demand marketing-ops team. Think of us as the technical and creative hands you don't have in-house. Submit a task (a landing page, an email sequence, a CRM fix, an automation) and we build it.

Do I need to provide the content?

For one time projects, this depends on scope, but typically we handle everything ourselves and quote the full project upfront before starting.

What tools/platforms do you work in?

We work with almost any platform under the sun. Even if we've never seen it before, we've most likely worked in a similar platform before so it won't take long to get the hang of it.

How fast do you get things done?

Retainer tasks take 2-3 business days each. One-time projects depend on scope but usually take 14 days or less.

Can I request more than one task at a time on the retainer?

You can submit as many as you want, but they're worked one at a time. If you need several things done in parallel, the one-time project might fit better.

What if I don't like what you deliver?

We revise it until you're happy :)

What's not included?

Strategy is not included. We don't create your marketing strategy. We just implement what you've already got in mind.
